Manush Shah clinched a double title to make it a profitable outing for Gujarat even as Petroleum Sports Academy boys drew a blank in the 77th Cadet and Sub-Junior National Table Tennis Championships at the Netaji Indoor Stadium here today.
Shortly after pairing with Soham Pandya to win the doubles, top-seeded Manush defeated his partner 4-0 to clinch his maiden Sub-Junior singles title to reign supreme in the section where they had earlier won the team trophy.
In the doubles, the Gujarat duo beat PSPBA's Jeho and Alberto Lrruata 3-1.
Top seed Manushree Patil of Maharashtra won the sub-junior girls crown beating North Bengal's Nikita Sarkar 4-3.
