AAP's Delhi unit convener leader Dilip Pandey rejected the allegations of corruption in the proposed premium bus service saying there was no question of an irregularity as work is yet to begun on this front.
Gupta has approached the ACB alleging irregularity in the bus scheme. The BJP leader also claimed that the Delhi government withdrew the staff from his office without knowledge and driver of his official vehicle was being forced to return back with the vehicle at Secretariat.
"Such kind of statements don't suit Gupta because the post of Leader of Opposition was given to him by AAP government despite the BJP not having necessary numbers.
"It is surprising that Gupta is talking about corruption in a government work which is yet to begin," Pandey said, adding that ACB only takes cognizance of the complaints made by BJP leaders.
The party said Gupta had demanded a new car claiming that the old vehicle was leading to frequent breakdowns.
