The wholesale gur (jaggery) market ended on a quiet note in the national capital today following sporadic demand.
On the other hand, in Muzaffarnagar, Gur chakku prices declined by Rs 100 per quintal due to slackness in demand amid increased arrivals.
Marketmen said limited buying by stockists coupled with increased arrivals mainly pulled down gur chakku prices in Muzaffarnagar.
