Gur ends steady in Delhi, improves in Muzaffarnagar

The wholesale Jaggery market ended quiet in the national capital today following limited buying amid sufficient stocks position.
However, gur Chakku and Khurpa prices improved by Rs 100 per quintal in Muzaffarnagar due to fall in supply.
Marketmen said drop in supply from manufacturing areas due to bad weather conditions pushed up Gur chakku and Khurpa prices in Muzaffarnagar.
In Muzaffarnagar, gur Chakku prices gained from Rs 2,300-2,600 to settle at Rs 2,400-2,650 per quintal.
Prices of gur Khurpa also advanced from Rs 2,300-2,400 to end at Rs 2,375-2,425 per quintal.
