Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also showed a rise of up to Rs 150 per quintal on restricted arrivals.
Market experts said fall in supplies from producing belts in view of adverse weather conditions, mainly influenced prices.
Besides, speculative buying and festive demand also influenced trading sentiments, they added.
In Delhi, gur Chakku and Pedi prices rose by Rs 100 each to settle at Rs 2,700-2,800 and Rs 2,800-2,900 per quintal.
At Muzaffarnagar, strong demand from beer and cattle-feed makers mainly resulted sharp rise of Rs 150 in gur Raskat prices at Rs 2,450-2,500 per quintal.

Coming to Muradnagar, gur Pedi and Dhayya enquired higher at Rs 2,450-2,500 and Rs 2,500-2,550 instead of Rs 2,400-2,450 and Rs 2,400-2,500 per quintal.

Gur chakku Rs 2,700-2,800, pedi Rs 2,800-2,900, dhayya Rs 2,900-3,000 and shakkar Rs 3,000-3,100.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,450-2,500, chakku Rs 2,450-2,800, khurpa Rs 2,450-2,500 and Ladoo Rs 2,650-2,800.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,450-2,500 and dhayya Rs 2,500-2,550.
