A similar trend was extended to Muzzafarnagar and Muradnagar markets.
Traders said fall in demand from local parties and stockists against adequate stocks on higher supplies from producing areas mainly kept the pressure on gur prices.
At Delhi, gur pedi fell by Rs 200 to Rs 2,700-2,800 per quintal. Shakkar also eased by Rs 100 to Rs 2,900-3,000 per quintal.
At Muzaffarnagar, gur raskat shed Rs 50 at Rs 2,300-2,350 per quintal. Chakku slipped to Rs 2,375-2,600 against last close of Rs 2,400-2,650 per quintal. Khurpa declined by Rs 100 to Rs 2,250-2,300 per quintal.
