Gur remains stable in thin trade

There was not much activity at the wholesale gur market in the national capital today as prices continued to trade in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against restricted activity from local parties and stockists kept prices at last levels.
Following are today's rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku 2,400-2,500, pedi 2,500-2,600, dhayya 2,700-2,800 and shakkar 2,800-2,900.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket 2,100-2,200, chakku 2,200-2,400, khurpa 2,200-2,250 and Ladoo 2,300-2,400.
Muradnagar: Pedi 2,200-2,300 and dhayya 2,300-2,350.
