"The final decision on the report of the three-member committee (probing the case) will be taken by Jatehdar Akal Takht Giani Gurbachan Singh after his return from foreign tour," Makkar said in a statement issued here.
However, he made it clear that "no blasphemous act" was committed against Guru Granth Sahib.
Members of Sikh community had alleged followers of Radha Soami Sect Beas demolished an old gurdwara on a plot owned by them at Warrach village in Beas area of Amritsar district, following which SGPC set up a three-member panel to investigate the matter.
The disputed land, belonging to Warrach panchayat, was allegedly sold to Dera Radha Soami Sect without obtaining the mandatory approval from Director Panchayats of Punjab Government.
