Gym trainer shot dead

A gym trainer has been shot dead by two car-borne assailants near Dolan's Shamti area here, the police said today.
Lucky was killed last night, following which the police had detained some suspects, who were released after questioning, they said.
The sketches of the two assailants have been released and efforts are on to nab the culprits, Solan Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Kanwar said.
The assailants came in car bearing a Haryana registration number, but the police is yet ascertain whether the culprits were from the state, the police said.
The victim was a head constable's son posted in the vigilance wing at Solan and the police are trying to find out whether there was motive behind the crime, they said.
