He also accused Pakistan of sponsoring terrorism directed against India and Afghanistan and thereby, threatening the peace and prosperity of the entire region.
"Who cares whether it is Hafiz Saeed or anyone else...An enemy is an enemy and a murderer is a murderer... You should take action they (terrorists) should be eliminated and neutralised," Ibrahimi told PTI on sidelines of the South-Asia Speakers' summit.
He was replying to a question on Pakistan putting Saeed and his terrorist organisations on the terror list.
"In case of both India and Afghanistan, cross-border terrorism is originating from Pakistan which is, unfortunately, patronising it also," he said adding that this should be stopped, you don't expect this from neighbours.
"... Unfortunately as a neighbouring country and despite being a Muslim country Pakistan see their interest in the instability of Afghanistan," he added.
He also praised India, saying it has always been friendly with Afghanistan and has extended help of about USD 2 billion to our country.
