Apart from holding delegation-level talks with his Indian counterpart Salman Khurshid, Hague, who will be here on a day -long visit, is scheduled to meet Finance Minister P Chidambaram, National Security Adviser Shivshankar Menon and other senior dignitaries.
"The Foreign Minister will reinforce the UK government's commitment to developing a strong, mutually beneficial and wide ranging partnership with India covering diverse areas such as trade and investment, education, research, civil nuclear, climate change and energy, counter terrorism, cyber security, defence and reform of international institutions," the UK High Commission said here in a release today.
In a release on the visit, Ministry of External Affairs, said,"Bilateral relations go beyond trade and commerce with increasing focus on cooperation in the fields of Science and Technology, education, space and defence technology, civil nuclear cooperation, counter terrorism and green energy initiatives."
