Venkatchalam today inaugurated a ten-day handloom expo here.
He said 30 per cent rebate would be given to all handloom goods during the expo.
As on date Rs 39.35 crore worth handloom goods are kept in the 190 handloom Weavers Cooperatives and 40 power loom Cooperative Weavers Societies in the district.
