Shah Rukh Khan's 'Happy New Year' is all set to release in China on February 12.
The Farah Khan-directed film, which told the story of a bunch of losers who reunite for a heist, released in India and traditional overseas markets in October.
Other than SRK, the film had Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah in key roles.
The film was cleared by State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAARFT) China on January 1 for its nationwide release.
'Happy New Year' will have a wide release in 5000 screens across the country over the Chinese New Year Weekend.
The film's worldwide distributors - Yash Raj Films (YRF) entered into a deal with 1905 Pictures (film distribution arm of China Central Television Movie Channel). They will distribute the film locally along with China Film Group.
