Haryana government's move to open the online platform called the 'CM Window' for citizens to pursue their grievances has met with a positive response in the first 100 days of its operation.
The CM Window and the facility for the online registration of property serve to promote transparency and are helpful for the people of the state, said Ashok Kumar Meena, Deputy Commissioner of Palwal.
He said that 278 complaints have been received till now on the CM Window of which 11 have been kept for scrutiny while 163 have been sent to the departments concerned.
"Registration of land all over the district is being done through the newly-introduced system of e-registration," added the deputy commissioner.
He said that in Palwal itself, 251 registrations of property were done using the e-registration system while, for Hodal, that figure stood at 257. He said that the same process would be started shortly in the Bahin sub-tehsil as well.
