The chief minister said this in a meeting with delegation of Sarv Karamchari Sangh Haryana held here, an official release said here tonight.
Also, he gave assurance that a decision would soon be taken regarding women employees' demands to increase the casual leave according to their increasing service period and grant of leave in case of hysterectomy.
On the demand for cashless treatment facility, the Khattar said that the government would study the policies of neighbouring states pertaining to this matter and if required, cashless treatment facility would be provided to employees by linking it with insurance scheme.
Apart from this, the Chief Minister asked the Karamchari Sangh to also appoint two representatives who would remain in touch with Principal Secretary to Chief Minister in the matter of pending cases of promotion in various departments.

Regarding the demand to remove backlog in government jobs, the chief minister directed the officers to take necessary steps in this direction at the earliest.
He said that jobs would be advertised soon after getting figures related to backlog in various departments.
Regarding the demand on not to revert officials who were promoted on the basis of reservation, the chief minister said that the government would present its case in the court on the basis of facts.
He said that it is his priority to ensure that only regular recruitments would be carried out in future.
Therefore, he had asked all departments to prepare list of vacant posts soon after coming into power.
Following this, the recruitment process to fill about 30,000 posts has already started and soon recruitment process to fill 20,000 posts would be started.
He said that the government is not in favour of retrenching any employee. In the matter of guest teachers, the government has presented its case in the court in a sympathetic manner, he added.
Regarding pay anomalies, the Haryana government had constituted Madhavan Commission which is giving final form to the work pertaining to removal of pay anomalies.
