The 39-year-old comedian posted a picture on Instagram in which he and Ford, 71, are wearing matching red feather earrings. The actor can also be seen giving Fallon a hug from the back, reported E!Online.
"Harrison Ford pierced my ear on our show tonight. There will be blood," Fallon posted along with the picture.
"No joke. Harrison Ford pierced my ear. Then we wore matching earrings," he added.
