Bosses at the Brit awards have decided to keep 'One Direction' vocalist Harry Styles and his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift at different backstage sections during the award ceremony. The youngest bandmember of 'One Direction' and his band will have their own dressing room in one part of O2 venue, while the 'Fearless' hitmaker will be kept in a completely different section to avoid any awkward moments at the event tonight, reported Metro online. "No one wants anything awkward to happen. Taylor and Harry are definitely being kept well apart," a source said. "Taylor is near Robbie Williams, Justin Timberlake, Mumford & Sons and James Corden in one area. Harry is down a different corridor with an extra-large room for himself and other One Direction lads," source added. Since Styles and Swift split over New Year they have both been extra careful to avoid each other, deliberately arriving at different times at the NRJ Awards. Tensions between them are thought to be running high after Swift appeared to mock Styles' British accent at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles earlier this month. Styles, 19, will be performing his new Comic Relief single 'One Way Or Another' with One Direction who are up for Best British Group at the BRITs. Swift, 23, who is up for the International Female Solo Artist gong and is expected to perform her track 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' at tonight's show.
