Another case of rape has been filed against disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein.
The allegation has been levelled by an unnamed actor who has accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct and rape on two separate incidents, which happened in 2015 and 2016 respectively, according to People Magazine.
The court documents have been filed by attorney Gloria Allred, who is also representing another victim of Weinstein in another case.
The actor, referred to as Jane Doe in the court documents, claims she met the Hollywood producer at a hotel in 2011, where Weinstein allegedly offered to help with her career and they exchanged their phone number.
In 2015, they met at a hotel in Beverly Hills to discuss acting roles, including the Weinstein Company's "Marco Polo" the complaint stated.
Weinstein allegedly sexually harassed her despite her negative response.

The Hollywood producer once again lured her into the same hotel in 2016 "to celebrate her upcoming role in Marco Polo giving her the impression that she had been chosen for the part".
During that meeting, Weinstein raped her after he "forcefully threw her" and used his "massive weight and strength" while committing the crime.
The victim has also accused The Weinstein Company (TWC) of having actual knowledge of the crimes committed by the Hollywood producer.
"Prior to the incidents involving Plaintiff, the Companies' executives, officers, directors, managing agents, and employees had actual knowledge of Weinstein's repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women," stated the court documents.
"In particular, the Companies were aware of Weinstein's pattern of using his power and the promise of procuring jobs to coerce and force actresses to engage in sexual acts with him," it added.
In a statement to People, a representative of once again denied the accusation against Weinstein.
"Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr Weinstein. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.
"Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual," said the representative.
