He called for "good suggestions" from the stakeholders and public to improve the functioning of the state government.
The Chief Minister, who was on his first visit here after taking oath over three weeks back, addressed the officers of the district administration.
He said that the state government has been suffering an annual loss of Rs 6,000 crore due to "theft of power".
Khattar said that his government has "zero-tolerance" towards corruption.
He exhorted the officers to ensure that the benefit of welfare schemes being implemented by the Central and State governments must percolate to the grass-root level.
Khattar also asked the officers to keep the people informed about the various schemes being implemented by the state and Central governments.
