A notification to this effect would be issued tomorrow and objections would be invited, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda told reporters after holding a meeting of his cabinet here this evening.
Hooda also said Chief Secretary Shakuntla Jakhu has been asked to ensure that minimum wages of Rs 8,100 are paid to all contractual employees in state government departments.
In another decision, the state government also announced to allow mixed land use of industrial plots/sheds situated in the Industrial Estates, which have been in existence in the State from the time state came into being on November 1, 1966.
Hooda informed that the Cabinet also approved the rates of conversion charges for plots/ sheds in these industrial estates into commercial, institutional and industrial warehousing which would range between Rs 61 per sq meter to as high as Rs 10,000 per sq meter.

The Cabinet also approved that the conversion of industrial plots for non-industrial uses should be permitted only in respect of the plots which are situated on the external/internal circulation roads with a Right of Way of 18 meters and above keeping in view the congestion likely to be created on account of increased intensity of traffic and parking related issues.
The Conversion Rates for different non-industrial land uses, and those proposed now in respect of additional estates/ colonies, be revised every year (to be effective from January 1 till December 31) at a rate of 10 per cent with annual compounding.
Haryana Cabinet also approved the revised toll policy to mitigate the "high toll charges" under the 2008 Toll Policy of the Government of India for road users of National Highways in Haryana.
