These aimed at bringing more transparency and further improve the efficiency in the process of registration of partnership firms and to facilitate the industrial units to avail the benefit of incentive schemes in a time-bound and transparent manner, Haryana Finance, Industries and Commerce Minister Capt Abhimanyu said.
He also launched a mobile directory app.
Capt Abhimanyu said that the services which have been launched today would prove to be a revolutionary step in effective implementation of 359 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) signed during the Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit-2016 held at Gurgaon in March this year.
It was decided by the State Government to make all incentive schemes functional through web portal of the Industries Department for facilitating the industrial units to avail the benefit of incentive schemes in a time bound and transparent manner, he said.

The provision of maximum time limit of 30 days has been made for granting approval in respect of any incentive from the date of completion of documentation by the industrial units, he said.
Capt Abhimanyu said that Industries Department was speedily following up work for furthering the process of MOUs signed during the Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit.
He said the state government is committed to set up new industries in the state and ensure their smooth functioning.
"On-line registration would bring more transparency and improve the efficiency in the process of registration of partnership firms and on-line services for incentive schemes would ensure timely processing, sanction and release of incentives to the industrial units," he said.
The online mechanism of these services would completely avoid human interface between the government officials and industrial units, he said.
Because of on-line mechanism, monitoring would be possible by the higher authorities in respect of pendency and unnecessary information likely to be sought from the industrial units, he said.
