The Haryana Private Technical Educational Institution (Regulation of Admission and Fee) Act, 2012, has come into effect, an official spokesman said today.
The state government will constitute a committee for the purpose. It would consist of a chairperson, who would be a retired Supreme Court or High Court judge or former Vice-Chancellor of a university or one having experience in public administration at a senior position.
