Haryana govt offers to get constructions regularised

The order would apply to constructions within prohibited belt of 30 meters and 100 meters beyond the government's land on both sides of the all National Highways, scheduled roads and bye-passes, an official spokesman said here today.

The regularisation fee in case of such constructions on both sides of national highways and bye-passes would be Rs 600 per square meter covered area and for scheduled roads and state highways, it would be Rs 350.
