While addressing the mediapersons shortly after the Cabinet meeting here, he said the state government would include all substantial steps or suggestions towards ease of doing business in the new industrial policy in the state.
Recently Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had taken a revolutionary decision to liberalise the process of inspection followed during manufacture and registration of boilers by way of self certification and through third party inspection, he said.
The Minister said that the state excise policy is also being decided with the consultation of stakeholders.
On being asked to comment on the SYL canal water, Capt Abhimanyu said the chief minister himself is quite concerned over the issue and want that the state could get its due share of water.

This important issue is also being raised with the Central government and we will succeed in getting our due share of water from Ravi-Beas and SYL canal, he added.
He said the government would also ensure to improve the functioning of cooperative institutes in the state.
In reply to another question concerning "Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao" programme, he said that even Prime Minister Narendra Modi had urged people to save the life of girls during the launch of programme at Panipat.
The Chief Minister had also taken it as a challenge but it would be successful only with the sensitisation and contribution of society.
He said that the previous government had not properly maintained stock and there was also a problem of logistic management of rolling stock.
