"Haryana government will soon fill up 47,000 vacancies in the state. Apart from following legal process, complete transparency and fairness will be ensured for this purpose," Khattar said at Ambala Cantt.
He said that the government is committed to protect the interest of its employees and also ensure that they get their due right.
To a query, the CM said the alleged irregularities committed in the recruitment during the tenure of previous government are being investigated.
On being asked about reports of differences with Health, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Anil Vij, the Chief Minister denied them saying Vij is his old friend who used to visit his residence before he took over as the Chief Minister.

He said that all ministers and MLAs are working together for the welfare of the state and its people.
Asked to comment on the performance of BJP in Delhi Assembly elections, the Chief Minister said the mandate given by the public is acceptable to all in a democracy.
Khattar said that investigation is going on in MNREGA scam and cases have been registered against the officers and officials found involved in it.
Apart from this, if names of more such officers cropped up during the investigation, they would also not be spared, he said.
He said that the government is working towards providing a graft-free and transparent administration in the state.
"We will do what we have promised and will show what we will do," he said.
He apprised the officers of the vision of his government and said that he has presided over meetings in 20 districts and with today's meeting at Ambala, first phase of this programme has been completed.
