One of the laboratories will be operational at Bhondsi in Gurgaon, while the other one will come up at Sunaria in Rohtak district, an official spokesman said here today.
The state currently has a Forensic Science laboratory at Madhuban in Karnal district.
An approval has been given for the purchase of instruments and equipment for these laboratories as well as other technical specifications to prevent any delays and make them operational at the earliest, the spokesman said.
The Chief Minister has also given his approval of funds worth Rs 2.83 crore for the purchase of modern equipment for the police force during the financial year 2015-16.

The spokesman noted that for the first time online applications have been received for police recruitment.
"Biometric and bar-code technology would be adopted to put a complete check on impersonation cases. Radio Frequency Identification Device, Digital Standard System and computer based entries would be used for correct assessment in physical efficiency test," he said.
He said that the answer sheets of written examination would be checked by Optical Mark Recognition system.
Videography of recruitment process would be carried out and candidates would be given information about their performance at every level in a phased manner, the spokesman added.
