Describing Haryana as one of the most developed and industrial states in India, Khattar said the state offers "infinite opportunities" to investors.
"Aapko toh bus kehna hain, karna to hamen hai [You only have to tell us (where and how much you invest), rest we will take care of]," Khattar told a group of corporate leaders at a luncheon organised by US-India Business Council (USIBC).
Entrepreneurs would have a single-window clearance. A time-bound clearance system is being implemented and is being monitored by the Chief Minister's Office, he said.
India's Ambassador to the US, Arun Singh, said since the new government came to power last year, a series of steps have been taken towards ease of doing business in India.

Referring to the steps taken in the past year, he said there is enhanced transparency in India. As a result of these, the foreign direct investment has increased.
There is tremendous facilitation for investment in Haryana. There is a new energy, new direction and new opportunities in India, officials said.
Pitching for a strong foreign investment in Haryana, State Industry Minister Capt Abhimanyu said the government plans to take the development of the State to a new level.
The environment and processes for doing business in Haryana in the past 10 years have improved, he said.
