Hatia MLA to release performance 'report card'
Press Trust of India Ranchi Ajsu party MLA Naveen Jaiswal today said he would release a "report card" of his work done in the Hatia assembly constituency even as BJP vice president Deepak Prakash accused Jaiswal of failing to fulfill the promises he made to the people.
"I am releasing a report card on my work in each panchayat and ward in the Hatia segment after I got elected (in June 2012). My short stint has also witnessed Model Code of Conduct thrice and the president's rule," Jaiswal said.
Reacting to the BJP leader's allegations against him at a party meeting here, Jaiswal said, "I don't need certificate of my work from anybody."
Addressing the meeting earlier in the day, Prakash alleged that the people had voted with a lot of expectations, but the Hatia MLA had become "not reachable" to them.
