Slamming BJP for doing "politics" over the issue, Tomar said with the evidence he got through RTI, he would silence the saffron party.
"As the matter is sub judice, I cannot reveal my stand in public now. But I want to assure that I have solid evidence which I got through RTI which is enough to prove my innocence. Once I put these evidence in the court, it will silence BJP," he said.
Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay has demanded the arrest of Law Minister for allegedly furnishing "fake" provisional certificate of his law degree.
Earlier in the day, a delegation of party leaders led by Upadhyay met Police Commissioner B S Bassi, demanding that an FIR be registered and action taken against Tomar for possessing "fake" degrees.

"We presented documents including the Bar Council complaint and papers of Awadh University and Bhagalpur University proving Tomar's degrees were fabricated," Upadhyay told reporters here.
The Congress has been insisting on Tomar's dismissal as Minister and has also asked for his resignation as member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly.
The AAP Minister has already rejected charge of any wrongdoing and refused to step down.
