Having kid helped me during depression: Tom Fletcher

Singer Tom Fletcher says his 20-month-old son Buzz has helped him cure his depression because he stabilises his moods.
The 30-year-old McBusted singer, who was diagnosed with the illness five years ago and even sought treatment in rehab, believes Buzz, whom he has with his wife Giovanna Falcone, encouraged him to stamp out his demons, reported Daily Mirror.
"I was taking medication, but I don't any more. Having a kid has really helped me in my life. It gives you a sense of needing to be stable. It's not about you any more, it's about this child that you've decided to bring into the world."

"You don't have any choice but to cope with life because you're doing it for someone else. I was very ready for that before Buzz was born," he said.
