The Delhi High Court today directed a legal news magazine to publish and put up in its website that it tendered an unconditional apology for the allegations made against the son of a judge of the court.
A bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice R S Endlaw directed the publication to print in its next issue the apology in the same manner and format as the article it had carried on the judge's son.
The court also directed the magazine to delete the article from its website while disposing of the matter which was initiated suo motu by the judge concerned.
It passed the order after the publication and its editorial staff as well as its printer through their counsel submitted before the court that they have tendered an unconditional apology for the article carried by it.
