HC calls for case diary on Salim Raj land grab case
Press Trust of India Kochi The Kerala High court today asked the state Crime Branch to produce the case diary connected with a land grab case at Kalamassery involving Salim Raj, former gunman of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
Justice Harun-Al Rashid asked the officials to produce the case diary tomorrow.
The court observed that a wide racket and crores of rupees were involved in the case. It also raised the question whether a police constable can mobilise such huge amounts involved in the deal.
There would be different sources which needed to be investigated, the court added.
