Passing orders on a plea by Durai, Justice R.Karuppiah said it would be enough if he informed the Judicial Magistrate Court at Melur three days in advance about his foreign travel and he could send the copy of the intimation to the Assistant Public Prosecutor also.
Durai had obtained the anticipatory bail on December 10, 2012 in the case registered against him on charges including illegal granite quarrying and possession of explosives.
In his petition, Durai sought complete removal of the conditions, claiming that he was "deliberately detained" for nearly three hours by immigration authorities twice seeking the high court order.
