The division bench of Justices V M Kanade and A R Joshi was hearing petitions which had challenged the CET conducted by the state government's Directorate of Technical Education, alleging irregularities.
According to the students, the entrance test was held over four sessions. However, in one of the sessions the systems were very slow and the students did not have enough time to attempt all the questions.
"Today some students are unhappy...If we order re-examination then everyone will be unhappy," the court said.
The High Court also revoked the stay on the admission process, granted on April 23 when the petitions were filed.
Around 60,000 students are seeking admission to MBA courses through the CET this year.
