Justice Thomas P Joseph granted bail to the the accused and directed them to make a deposit of Rs 50,000 each as bail condition for destructing public property.
The prosecution informed the court that there was a loss of Rs five lakh to the state due to the stone throwing incident.
The court also directed the four accused to furnish an additional security bond of Rs 50,000 and two solvent sureties for the like sum.
Director General of Prosecutions said 1,000 identifiable people, including 13 named persons, were accused in the case and 75 persons have been arrested.

The prosecution also admitted that they have not recorded statement of Chief Minister so far. They also produced intelligence report and details of Chief Minister security.
Chandy was injured in the incident on October 27 when the vehicle in which he was proceeding to a function came under stoning by Left Democratic Front (LDF) workers, demanding his resignation.
