The HC issued the notice while allowing a petition by a candidate.
In its petition, Shyam Sundar alleged that large-scale irregularities have been committed in checking the answer sheets of the candidates.
He claimed that he had scored 63 marks in General Knowledge and General Science, which on rechecking by the same copy-checker dropped to 39.
"Similarly, the marks in Hindisubject also got changed during rechecking," he claimed adding that there have been many irregularities in checking of answer sheets of the candidates, which surfaced through RTI information.
