The order was issued on the basis of a report filed by the District Child Welfare Committee.
The cousel for the orphanage pointed out that according to the Kerala Education Rules, the students found absent for the first five days of the academic year shall be removed from rolls.
Following this, the bench, consisting of Chief Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice A M Shafique, permitted the schooling from tomorrow onwards.
Though the authorities of the orphanage, which brought the children, made a plea to shift the children from the present place, the court rejected the prayer.

The division bench said this aspect is also being examined along with the main case.
