A division bench of Justice Satyendra Singh Chauhan and Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi passed the order on the PIL filed by Nutan Thakur, a social activist.
The petitioner contended that earlier she had filed a supplementary affidavit before the court carrying facts including details of various fake companies floated by Singh for siphoning off illegal money.
