HCL Care expands to 300 service centres across 250 cities

Technology services firm HCL Care today said it has expanded the network of service centres to 300 across 250 cities in the country.
"The exponential rise in electronic gadgets makes it imperative for consumers to have a trusted after-sales service partner. This landmark expansion of 300 centres will add value to our OEM (original equipment makers) partners and retailers," HCL Care Head Sharad Talwar said in a statement.
The company has opened over 170 service centres in last one year and added 50 new cities in six months.
HCL Care's Touch centres comprises contact centre, walk-in centres, onsite support, supply-chain operations, reverse logistics and repair factory services.
The TOUCH centres are present in key cities of Maharashtra, Gujarat, East UP, West Bengal, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Bihar and Orissa.
HCL Care also, handles after sales value added services like product trainings, product return handling, dead-on-arrival refurbishment, product swaps, refund handling, fraud detection, and customer satisfaction tracking.
