HCL Infosystems March qtr net loss at Rs 139 cr

HCL Infosystems Ltd today reported a net loss of Rs 139.49 crore for the quarter ended March 31.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 47.16 crore for the January-March quarter period of previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company declined to Rs 1,100.78 crore for the quarter against Rs 1,376.19 crore during the same period of previous fiscal, HCL Infosystems said in a regulatory filing.
The current financial year of the company is for nine month period from July 1 2015 to March 31, 2016, accordingly the figures for the current financial year are not comparable with those of previous fiscal.

Shares of the company today ended at Rs 40.50 apiece on the BSE, up 1.89 per cent from previous close.
