A case was filed against Dilip Dighe, also director of the school, last evening on the complaint of Anand Kamble who works as a primary teacher, police said.
Kamble alleged Dighe had also banged his head on the door partition of the latter's office.
As per Kamble's complaint, his harassment started after he approached Education department of TMC against the school over fees.
According to Kamble, the education officer concerned issued a notice to the school management seeking refund of fees.

Stating that the harassment continued between 2004 and January 2015, Kamble said he was prevented from entering Dighe's office because of his caste.
The Wagle Estate police booked Dighe under sections 3(1)10 and 3(1)14 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, and under section 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of IPC.
No arrest has been made in this regard, police said.
