HealthCare at Home, M3 form JV for health portal

HealthCare at Home, backed by Dabur promoters Burman family, has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Japanese firm M3 Inc to launch online networking platform for doctors in India.
The companies however did not disclose the financial details of the partnership.
"Through this partnership, HealthCare at Home (HCAH) and M3 will provide Indian doctors an online, and mobile platform to stay connected to news, best practices, innovations, and the latest research from global peers and experts," the two companies said in a statement.
HCAH Founder and Director Gaurav Burman said: "I am delighted that we have been able to launch this partnership, and believe that the business will be extremely successful."

The digital platform will also offer customised and continued medical education that will help improve practices and patient care in the long-term, the statement said.
"We expect to leverage the strengths of HCAH, and the Burman family's trusted brand, and deep networks within the healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries," M3 Representative Director Itaru Tanimura said.
M3 operates and has affiliations with portals for medical professionals spanning across 24 countries globally.
