Heavy rains lashed parts of the national capital today, causing the humidity level to shoot up to 90 per cent.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 32 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature settled at 27 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level at 8.30 am was recorded at 90 per cent, a Met official said.
Areas under Ridge, Ayanagar and Lodhi Road observatory recorded 48, 12.2 and 0.9 mm rains respectively during the same period. Palam observatory recorded 3.2 mm rainfall.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 38.8 and 28.6 degrees Celsius respectively.
