The beaming bride wore a silver satin dress and posed for snaps in front of cheering fans waiting outside the church, where she was joined by many of her co-stars on the show, before heading to the city's posh Ritz hotel for the reception.
Worth was previously married to fellow actor Michael Angelis, who she split from in 2001 after 21 years.
