Helpline numbers for information on certification process

In order to address people's queries and complaints about income, cast, marriage registration certificates and others, the Delhi government has set up five helpline numbers.
The Revenue Department has issued an order stating that people can get information and register complaints at 011- 23935730, 23935731, 23935732, 23935733 and 23935734 under e-district project.
A senior government official said that at present, the department is providing 12 online services including SC/ST, OBC, Income, Domicile Certificates, and Marriage Registration under its ambitious e-district projects.
"The helpline numbers will function from 9.30 AM to 6 PM on all working days except Sunday. People, who have queries, complaints, suggestions about the various certificates made by the Revenue Department, can dial these numbers," official also said.
According to the order issued by the Revenue Department, all these helpline numbers will be displayed "prominently" on e-district website for convenience of the public.
Last month, the AAP government simplified the process of getting various certificates - such as caste, income, marriage, domicile certificates among others. There are 12 services which include no usage of affidavit with only self-attestation required.
