The decision was taken on the concluding day of the three-day 10th central convention of the party here.
The party has amended its constitution and created the post of Working President, Suprio Bhattacharyya, General Secretary of JMM said.
Referring to the amendment to the constitution to create Working President's post, Bhattacharyya said Guruji (Sibu Soren) was not keeping well and unable to spend much time for the party. Hence, the party felt it necessary to elect a Working President to ensure that party's responsibilities were discharged uninterrupted.
