department officials today seized 11 gm of heroin at Thuampui locality in Aizawl.
Dpartment's spokesperson Peter Zohmingthanga said that one Rampianmawia (28) living in the same locality was arrested in this connection and remanded to judicial custody.
The accused was booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
