High speed train services disrupted by plant blast in China

A concrete additive plant exploded today in east China, disrupting power supply to high-speed rail network along the Beijing-Shanghai route and suspending its services for several hours.
An explosion occurred around 9:30 AM at a concrete additive plant in Jinan City of Shandong Province, which disrupted the power supply to a section of the railway.
The power outage resulted in delayed or cancelled trains, according to Jinan government.
The fire was contained around 9:50 AM. No casualties have been reported.
Services resumed at noon, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
