The polling was largely peaceful, officials said.
Polling was held for 536 Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituencies (ZPTC) and 7,975 Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies (MPTC) in the second and last phase, State Election Commissioner P Ramakanth Reddy said.
"We expect the voting to be in the range of 80 to 85 per cent," Reddy told reporters here.
The first phase of election, held on April 6, recorded 81 per cent turnout.
The counting of votes will be taken up after May 7 (at the end of second phase of Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh) as per a Supreme Court direction.
