'Highly Regarded' ridden by M P Prem and trained by R Foley won the International Star Plate, the chief event of the races held here today.
The winner is owned by Dr M A M Ramaswamy.
Trainer Foley saddled five winners and jockey N Rupa rode three winners.
Four favorites obliged in a card of nine events.
